Delete a purchase order note file

Removes one attachment from a purchase order note. Nothing comes back.

Deletes one file from the note. Address the purchase order by its code and the file by its uuid. The call returns 204 with no body.

The purchase order's code. The note calls address a purchase order by its code.

The note's id, from the note create or the notes list.

The attachment's uuid, from the note's attachments.
