Takes the same body as Change a booking, under booking, and changes nothing. Only a booking-type order is accepted. The shape of each entry in lines is not documented, so the example sends only effective_date.

To send a raw JSON body instead of filling in fields, copy the cURL sample and edit its -d payload.
